Holiday on the canary isles in Tenerife-South - Antón Piche in El Draguito

The small village of "El Draguito" is located about 340 meters above sea level and is a typical Canarian village in the south of Tenerife. It is surrounded by magnificent nature and offers a great view over the Atlantic.

The area is dominated by vineyards, vegetable and potato cultivation. Here one has the impression that time progress has stopped. No symptoms of stress, noise and hotel or apartment high-risers are to be discovered here. Instead, you may enjoy nature, take a rest and recover from your usual stress, this is the reason why you are here.

Finca "Antón Piche" is an old, Canarian, historic object. It was completely renovated in 2002 and technically updated to latest standards, but the typical character of this beautiful house was preserved. It is run as a small "Hotel Garni" with 3 double rooms.

Information about distances

The airport in the south is in a distance of about 15 minutes by car. Despite this relative proximity, there is no aircraft noise. Also the beaches of El Médano may be reached within about 15 minutes. And if you look for the bustle of Playa de las Americas, you will drive for about 20 minutes only. In the village of "El Draguito" there are simple restaurants, bars and small supermarkets on site. Larger supermarkets and many shops of all kinds, bakers, butchers, pharmacy, gas station, etc. can be found in the closest major city of San Isidro, about 6 km off Antón Piche. There are several very good restaurants offering typical Canary cuisine with meat and fish specialties.

Each double room has its own bathroom, TV and terrace. There are a reading and games rooms, a kitchen and a rustic breakfast room for all guests. Outdoors you will find a beautiful garden with many seating and sunbathing opportunities. In addition, there is a covered barbecue and cooking area with comfortable seating. Rooms are cleaned daily. Smaller groups or families may rent the entire house.
